Last week, Alcohol Free Sikhs proudly attended the SiGMA Eurasia Conference 2025 in Baku, joining a vibrant international gathering of innovators, wellness advocates, and global community leaders. The event brought together thousands of delegates from across sectors, providing a unique opportunity to spotlight the role of faith, sobriety, and wellbeing in building a healthier future.
Throughout the conference, our team connected with a wide range of delegates and organisations — opening up meaningful conversations about alcohol awareness, cultural sensitivity, and the growing need for inclusive, community-rooted support systems.
We were especially proud to represent the Sikh community and share how Sikh values of Seva (selfless service), Naam Japna (spiritual connection), and wellbeing through conscious living can support individuals and organisations looking to foster better mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
As part of our contribution to the wellbeing space at the event, we developed a guided meditation video rooted in Sikh-inspired breathwork and reflection techniques, designed to support emotional regulation and inner peace. We’re excited to make it available publicly!
This resource reflects our ongoing mission to offer tools that care for mind, body, and spirit — helping people connect, reset, and build resilience in their everyday lives.
Our attendance at SiGMA Eurasia 2025 helped us form valuable new partnerships and gain insight into how faith-led wellbeing programmes can reach even broader audiences — while staying rooted in compassion, service, and cultural authenticity.
We’re incredibly grateful for the conversations, connections, and collaborative spirit we experienced — and we look forward to continuing our mission of enhancing life through alcohol-free living and spiritual wellbeing.
